Overview

The production of this line has a certain degree of flexibility, which can be adapted to the production of refrigerator cabinets of various specifications of the same series within the specified range.

The forming line is mainly composed of automatic feeding machine, punching machine, rolling machine, end bending machine, cutting machine, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electronic control system.


Main technical performance parameters

Equipment composition

1. Feeding machine 1 set

 Feeding machine is composed of stacking trolley, vacuum suction manipulator, conveying mechanism, heavy material detection mechanism and other parts.

 The body of the stacking trolley adopts welded structure and has sufficient strength; the guide rail under the trolley can be moved out of the feeding machine to load the material; in addition, the stacking trolley is also equipped with a magnetic separation mechanism to naturally separate the sheets and avoid heavy materials phenomenon.

 Vacuum suction manipulator adopts vacuum suction cup to adsorb the sheet, the cylinder lifts the sheet, and the vacuum suction cup is driven by the vacuum generated by the vacuum generator;

 Sheet material conveying adopts flat belt, magnetic absorption is provided under the belt to ensure stable and reliable product conveying, and belt movement is driven by motor reducer.

 The heavy material detection mechanism is set at the outlet of the feeder, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of heavy materials and avoid damage to the equipment due to heavy materials.


Punching machine

The machine is mainly composed of base, punching die frame, belt conveying device, positioning device, waste collection device and other parts, used for punching and corner cutting.


 According to the product setting, the number of C-type mold bases is initially determined to be 4. When the product is adjusted, the C-shaped formwork can be manually adjusted in the length direction, move on the linear guide pair, and adjust the position in the width direction relative to the center in the width direction by the screw rod. A positioning block is set at each mold frame position, so that the mold frame can be quickly positioned when being adjusted. The die-cutting die is installed with a self-opening quick die change mechanism. Only one set of molds is set according to the shape of the left and right side plates and the holes are completely symmetrical. A manual ball valve is set on each die frame, and can be shut off independently when no corresponding punching is needed.

 Sheet material conveying adopts flat belt conveying with guide bar, magnetic adsorption mechanism is set below, frequency conversion speed regulation, product conveying is stable and reliable.

 The positioning of the sheet material on the punching machine is realized by a cylinder. The positioning system is divided into front positioning, side positioning and backward positioning; the side positioning is fixed by the positioning edge, and the other side is pushed side by side;

 Waste material collection adopts a waste material drawer on each mold frame for single collection.


Rolling machine 1 set

It is composed of base, gear box assembly and rolling wheel.

 The rolling machine uses a total of 15 pairs of forming wheels to complete the rolling forming, and uses a double-sided cantilever roller wheel structure, which is driven by a motor reducer;

 The forming roller is designed and manufactured according to the forming process, the main forming roller material is GCr15, and the quenching is HRC56-62, which has high wear resistance;

 The linear guide is used as the guide for width adjustment, which has high guiding accuracy. The hand wheel is used to adjust the screw. The reference positioning roller is not adjusted in the width direction;

 The base and gear box adopt welded structure and are annealed to have high rigidity and strength;

 Set the flow bar support in the middle of the rolling machine.


End bending machine 1 set

It is composed of a set of end bending unit, sheet material conveying system, sheet material positioning system and body.

 The bending unit is installed at the discharge end, and it is a fixed structure type. The bending blade is quickly installed to meet the bending requirements of products of different widths. The cylinder is used to press and bend the sheet.

 Conveying system adopts flat belt with guide bar to ensure smooth product transportation, belt movement is driven by motor reducer, and motor is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation.

 Two sets of positioning system including front and rear positioning and side positioning. Front positioning adopts pneumatic lifting structure. The rear positioning adopts the structure of the cylinder pushing forward and the catch hook retracting. Two sets of side positioning, including two parts of positioning plate and cylinder side push, to give way to the plate material transportation.


1 cutting machine

 Feeding machine adopts belt conveyor line structure, the length is greater than 3 maximum workpiece size;

 At the end of the cutting machine, a baffle to prevent the forming sheet from falling is generally provided;

 The unloading machine is used as the initial product inspection and pick-and-place station after manual bending;


1 set of pneumatic system

This system is mainly composed of executive components, control components, and pneumatic accessories. The main pneumatic components are selected from domestic famous brands to ensure the reliability of the entire line.


1 set of hydraulic system

A hydraulic station is set up along the entire line. Used for one set of punching station. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the entire line, the main parts of the hydraulic system adopt joint venture products, other components adopt domestically produced parts, the hydraulic oil tank has a circulating water cooling system, and the cooling water uses industrial tap water (Party own provision). The hydraulic system is equipped with temperature overheating protection. When the oil temperature is too high, the hydraulic system automatically stops working. An oil receiving pan is provided at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank to prevent the oil from directly flowing to the ground during maintenance.


1 set of electronic control system

 Adopt Mitsubishi PLC control, each special machine can be controlled separately to realize separate manual and automatic production, at the same time, it can be connected to the whole line for automatic flow production.

The bus is equipped with a main control cabinet, which can be used for emergency stop. At the same time, each special machine is equipped with a button box to manually and automatically control the special machine, and there is an emergency stop button for emergency stop of each special machine.

 The wiring in the electric control cabinet complies with the requirements of national safety standards, and the electrical installation complies with the national electrical equipment installation engineering construction and acceptance specifications.

 The electrical components in the control cabinet must be marked with the same code as the electrical component drawing. All wire numbers are clear and not easy to fall off and fade.

 The cable from the device to the electrical cabinet is installed in a beautiful appearance wire channel. Low-voltage electrical appliances use well-known domestic brands.

 The control cabinet needs to be equipped with air cooling system and 24W maintenance lighting.

 The electronic control requires a delay in the delivery of the workpiece in place, so that the workpiece is positioned closely; frequency conversion speed regulation is used to ensure the positioning accuracy.

 The operation panel also has emergency stop, automatic, manual and fault display of each part.


Implementation steps and cycle

1. Carry out the drawing design of the project according to the signed agreement. After the preliminary design drawings are determined, notify Party A and invite Party A to the company to sign the project plan drawings;

2. Complete all the drawing design work of the project;

3. Complete the manufacturing, installation and preliminary commissioning work of this project and invite Party A to send personnel to our company for the pre-acceptance work of the project;

4. After receiving the notice from Party A, the company will arrange to transport the project to the site designated by Party A, and restore it to complete the commissioning of the project;

5. The implementation period of this project is: 120 days after the contract takes effect.


Other instructions

1. The original bidding plan of Party A does not include the bending machine process. Party B believes that adding this station on the line can improve the production efficiency of Party A's workpiece, and cancels the subsequent bending process, reducing the number of transfers. It is beneficial to ensure the quality and pass rate of products.

2. When preparing for acceptance, Party B provides Party A with two sets of the following technical information:

List of main purchased parts and consumable parts in the project;

Drawings for maintenance: including the general plan of the project reconstruction part, main parts assembly drawing, hydraulic schematic diagram, pneumatic schematic diagram, electrical schematic diagram, electrical wiring diagram.

Fang is responsible for 1 year warranty after the project is delivered and used.
